Responsibilities

• Leading and planning audit engagements
• Provide day-to-day management of accounts
• Provide day-to-day management of staff
• Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
• Build client relationships
• New business development

Requirements

• CPA certified.
• Extensive experience in the Hedge Fund or Asset Management Practice of a Public Accounting firm
• Prior Leadership position in management of staff required
• Strong track record of business and practice development
• Client prefers candidates:
• From a mid-size (100-500 employees) accounting firms
• Who are currently employed
• Who have longevity in recent positions
