Medium size CPA firm (50 professionals) is seeking a manager/senior manger/partner for its Not-for-Profit practice.

Responsibilities

•    Tax Compliance, Research, Consulting
•    Provide clients with tax guidance regarding planning and compliance.
•    Implement tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives
•    Build client relationships
•    Develop and guide staff and other junior tax
•    Contribute to overall team success

Qualifications

•    CPA
•    Significant experience working with the not-for-profit sector
•    6+ years experience in a CPA firm
•    Successful record of building profitable, sustainable, client relationships.
•    Demonstrated ability managing multiple projects and engagement teams.
•    An advanced degree in taxation is preferred.
•    Experience at a medium size CPA firm preferred
