Description:

CPA firm seeking a senior tax manager with significant experience in the financial services industry (particularly hedge funds).

Responsibilities

•    All aspects of financial services tax engagements such as broker dealers, hedge funds and investment advisors.
•    Review investment partnership tax returns and related partner allocations. 
•    Manage client relationships
•    Manage staff within the financial services group .


Requirements

•    Subject matter expert on tax for hedge funds, broker dealers and investment advisors
•    CPA
•    Experience in  all aspects of tax compliance, tax research and tax consulting.
•    Experience in a managerial position
•    6-10 years years experience in a public accounting firm
•    An advanced degree in taxation is preferred, but not required.
